LeMoyne
Gardens, now
in College Park, was a severely distressed area
before Mid-City Urban redeveloped it through a HOPE VI grant
and private funding. Now it includes a senior center
and extensive housing choices and community facilities for
families in the new revitalized neighborhood.

| Henson
Ridge is located in one of the
District of Columbia's most blighted census tracts.
After the redevelopment, it was transformed into a
new mixed income mixed use community with a mix of
homeownership and rental homes, sited around a local
community based school. |

Belle
Haven, now
known as Summer Ridge, was financially restructured and
redeveloped by Mid City Urban, LLC. This low-income
housing located in, Landover
Maryland
,
was preserved and upgraded. The property offers
comprehensive community services mostly targeted toward the
large number of children who live in the community.
